So I've created two printables to help you on your health and fitness journey - the first is a workout planner and the second is a meal planner. They're basic and minimal (a bit like me) which makes them easy to use. Just download, print off, fill in your workout and meal plans and stick them on your fridge to keep you accountable throughout the week!
