If you have someone in your life to buy for this year who's into health and fitness but you're not sure what to get them, you've come to the right place. I've put together a gift guide that they're sure to love - and the best part is that you can buy all these products on Amazon for just twenty quid or less.

1. Fitness Tracker
These are a great choice for anyone, from total beginners to seasoned pros. Fitness trackers count your steps, track your sleep, monitor your heart rate and so much more. They're a good motivator to get yourself moving and don't need to be expensive - I've found three for under £20.
2. Portable Exercise Equipment
The good thing about these products is that they can be used anywhere, so your friend or relative can train at home, in the park or even on holiday. My top picks are a yoga mat (which can be used for more than just yoga), resistance bands for bodyweight exercises and of course, a foam roller is a must to loosen tight, sore muscles and speed up recovery.
3. Recipe Book
If your recipient loves to cook healthy food (or wants to learn how to), why not buy them a cookery book? My three favourites at the moment are 30 Minute Meals by Joe Wicks, Vegan 100 by Gaz Oakley and Jamie Oliver's 5 Ingredients.
4. Protein Products
Almost every gym goer loves their protein. Why not buy them a gift they're probably not expecting in the form of some whey protein powder or bars? I've also included a pea protein (far right) in my recommendations, for any vegans and plant based folk who like to work out but don't want to miss out on this vital macronutrient.
5. Kitchen Gadgets
These things can be expensive, but they don't have to be. I've found a blender, a spiralizer and some digital scales, all for under £20 each.
I hope this guide has been helpful and given you a few ideas for what to buy the fitness fanatic in your life. Do you have anything to add to this list? Leave your ideas in the comments!
